About the Diet: She's embracing Carolyn Barnes's Clean Momma Plan, which focuses on "taskercize." What's that? "It's combining exercise with everyday tasks, like adding a plié when you grab something from a low grocery store shelf," says Barnes. "It's perfect for people who don't have time to go to the gym."

ABC is adding a twist to the TV weight-loss format.

 

The network has ordered the series My Diet is Better Than Yours, which premieres Thursday, Jan. 7 at 8/7c. The show follows a roster of celebrity trainers as they coach overweight Americans looking to drop some pounds.
